 'The Pilates method is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body. Pilates is a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits whilst increasing flexibility and ease of movement.  

I use my knowledge of the body to create a comprehensive exercise programme for each client with the aim of restoring a sense of balance, strength and vitality throughout the body.  It is this holistic approach that sets Pilates apart from other forms of exercise. Indeed Osteopaths, physiotherapists and Drs and now recommending Pilates as one of the safest and beneficial forms of exercises today.
