I will only use your data for the purpose in which it has been given.
The relevant information is then used by me to communicate with you on any matter relating to your classes, health concerns, homework given, cancellation of classes and services in general provided by Suzi Bennett Pilates

Suzi Bennett Pilates may release any information that is required by law or court order. I may record communications with you (such as emails) for the purpose of internal administration.

All my records shall be kept for at least 7 years following the last occasion you attended a class with me. You have a right under the new laws to request your personal data be erased, though the right to erasure would be wavered if their are any defence or legal claims.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. I keep my Privacy Policy under regular review. In notice of the new laws regarding your private data I have updated my policy on the 1st May 2018. If I change my Privacy Policy I will inform you via email and by notice on my website so that you may be aware of the information I collect and how I use it at all times.
