Private Class (1hr)
Each private class will be different to create a comprehensive programme tailored to your individual needs, with the aim of restoring a greater sense of balance and strength throughout the body. This private environment is ideal for Pilates and ensures that no distractions take away from the Pilates experience. Pilates is a system of mind/body connections, and a private class will ensure that you get the most out of your session.
Shared Private Class (1hr)
A shared class is a private session with two participants only perfect for socially distancing. They can be set up with me separately from my scheduled group classes.
Group Mat Classes (1hr)
With currently no more than 2 clients in the studio with 2/3 on zoom, rotating between the two so everyone gets 2 studio classes per term so I can keep an eye on movement patterns and make sure you are moving well! My group classes are small in size and big on personal attention, allowing a more personalised, approach to your health and fitness.
They are a cost effective way to get a personal workout and all take place in the studio.
Pre & Post Natal Class (1hr)
Each pre natal course is kept to a smaller number, normally 4 in a class so they can be given the programme they need to build strength and release tension. Post Natal Pilates with your babies. Recover, tone and strenghen after birth. Pilates helps with postpartum recovery giving back strength to body & Mind.
